At Luxzura we are confident you will be happy with your purchase and it is our intention to do everything possible to ensure your satisfaction. However if you're not satisfied we allow you to return products to us for a full refund which includes any shipping cost to you. You are responsible for the shipping costs back to us, unless the item itself is faulty or incorrect. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to ask for a refund and give a reason. We reserve the right to reject any request that is unreasonable.
